It’s #ClimateWeek at #SBU! For day one we’re looking at Shinnecock Bay Restoration Program (ShiRP), founded by the somas.sbu in 2012 to restore the Shinnecock Bay to its former health after years of deterioration. It was recently named a new “Hope Spot” by Mission_Blue, putting it in the same league as internationally recognized locations such as The Galapagos Islands and the Sargasso Sea.
