4️⃣: 🏳️‍🌈 Pride Night 🏳️‍⚧️ Moment four started with listening and learning. We had @rain_city_soccer_club come and lead a LGBTQ+ inclusion training in the morning for our coaches, staff and community members. Also, as part of our commitment to @commongoalorg, we pledged 1% of all revenues to sport-based social initiatives and this year our donations went towards Play Proud. Play Proud's mission is "to ensure that LGBTQ+ inclusion is championed, on and off the pitch.” This night served as a celebration of that commitment. The night also highlighted community soccer as we competed against @culturesunitedfc in a local friendly. The match not only highlighted local soccer and local action but was also Ethan O'Neill's first match in charge and his first of many wins. Speaking of coaching, we've got a tactical moment coming for number 3. See you tomorrow! #BallardFC | #UpTheBridges
