Breakaway Festival took place this weekend for the first time ever in Boston! Breakaway is a traveling festival group that puts on various events in cities all across the U.S. This was the events first time in Boston at the new Stage at Suffolk Downs which use to be the old East Boston horse racing track. The festival featured performances by Australia DJ Duo, nighttalesmusic, the incredible porterrobinson & griz to close out the weekend before his hiatus. Besides music there were tons of activities for festivals goers including a silent disco, rollerblading & a pickle-ball court.
