I decided to give it a test run in training using wodproofapp 📽️
My strategy for this test run was to go one hand on each stair, maintain a moderate/easy pace on the ski, and go for unbroken muscle-ups in the first two rounds.
What I discovered was that I should have broken up the muscle-ups and increased my speed on the ski, as I found myself resting too much before jumping to the rings. In the competition, I managed to beat my previous time by a whole minute thanks to faster transitions between each exercise. & secure a 🥈place finish in this workout after a tight race with Anika Greer 👏🏼🤸🏼♀️🤸🏼♂️
