Prepare class by setting up the rings ahead of time, demonstrate how the core moves from the pull to the transition.
Advantage: false grip is easier to keep.
Downside: longer set up time
Why should you use this:
1- it’s inclusive
2- it’s easier to correct flaws than on low ring muscle up transition in which athlete are moving their body weight
3- you’ve probably never done this in class
