This week’s #FirstieFriday is C1C Kristian DeJesus, who comes to us from the Bronx, New York by way of Arroyo, Puerto Rico. 🗽🇵🇷 Kristian is double majoring in Foreign Area Studies + Military Strategic Studies with a minor in Spanish. He is the Vice-President of the Hispanic Heritage club and is also involved in the TacSim and the Gaming Clubs. 🎮 Kristian comes from a military family, with his grandfather, father & brother all having served in the US Army. 🪖 One of his favorite memories at #youracademy is when he was one of the first jumpers for a morning jump. “Falling through the sky while being able to watch the sunrise was just an out of body and unreal experience”. 🪂🌞 His advice to fellow and future cadets: Find ways to live life and enjoy the small moments. They make the work more meaningful and make your time at the Academy all that much better. #LeadersofCharacter #USAFA2024 #UnitedWeEndure
