The thrill of victory and the agony of defeat! Two sides of the same coin and in wrestling after the 6 minutes are up you’ll have one or the other. I felt both of these emotions this past weekend at the world championships. That’s why I love this sport- nothing is given everything is earned and even at your best anything can happen. That’s life!
