Rose City Comic Con (RoseCitycc) returned to the Oregon Convention Center and the cosplayers did not disappoint. This family-friendly event encourages patrons of all ages to dress up (even service dogs like the one in the first photo). Throughout the weekend the exhibit halls will host thousands who come to see their favorite celebs, comic creators and artists and spend their pocket money on a myriad of goods from any number of fandoms.
