Entrance greeter Tommy Barbieri is one of the first faces that patients and employees see when they arrive at Penn Medicine’s 3600 Civic Center Boulevard parking garage. He's known to provide a cheerful, comforting presence, evidenced by the table full of heartfelt thank-you cards in his West Philadelphia home.
“If I know I helped somebody or a group of people, I feel great at the end of the day,” Barbieri said. “If I do my part, I can sleep at night.”
