Cooper Kupp, Los Angeles Rams wide receiver and Super Bowl LVI MVP, is selling his sprawling off-season estate in Wilsonville that includes an athletic training facility he said prepared him for the Rams’ winning 2021 season.
The training facility, which Kupp calls “the barn” and has turf lined for football, spans more than 4,600 square feet. Also tucked behind security gates on the 4.09-acre property surrounded by mansions on the Willamette River: the family’s 5,700-square-foot main house as well as about 2,000 more square feet for a detached guest house and decked-out game rooms.
The asking price for the dwellings and other amenities at 29989 S.W. 35th Drive is $3.5 million.
