New Japanese pub opening in Tampa: Tori Bar by izakaya_tori ✨ Izakaya Tori, a tapas restaurant, just announced that it’s opening a new concept in the former Fly Bar location at 442 W Kennedy Boulevard. They currently operate a full tapas restaurant at 310 S Dale Mabry Hwy #160.
