Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. For the crust, cream the butter and sugar with an electric mixer. Combine the flour and salt to the butter mix. Roll the dough into a ball. 3. Flatten dough into a 9x13 baking sheet and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes (until lightly brown). Pull out and cool 4. For the filling, whisk together the eggs, sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice, and flour. Pour over the crust and bake for 35 minutes until the filling is set. Let it cool to room temp temp once finished baking. 4. Cut into triangles and dust with confectioners sugar
