HIT. STOP. SIT. Today is Rowan's Law Day. In May 2013, 17-year-old Rowan Stringer died as a result of head injuries she sustained while playing rugby. This day is dedicated to promoting awareness of concussions and the importance of having strategies to prevent, identify, and manage them. Whether you're an athlete, coach, fan or a friend it's important that we are all able to recognize the signs of a potential concussion and take the proper steps to heal.
