After living in LA for almost 20 years, one of my favorite things about living in Idaho is the abundance of fresh flowers and fruit available for picking. I’ve picked apples, pumpkins, peaches, plums, berries, lavender, corn, dahlias, roses and more wildflowers than I know what to do with. Between that and the access to fresh eggs and milk, I feel so lucky to have ‘organic’ in my backyard vs. a grocery store. In sourcing plant based ingredients for SkinOwl, I’ve grown highly attuned to how important the local farmer is for this planet. And for the charm of this town turned city. They beckon community and to experience their offerings has made me a softer, simpler person. My question for you, friends. What fruit or flower farms have you discovered here in Idaho that make you happy? Let’s tag the simple places that make our world a better place. 🤍 📸 cc jamieandersonphoto ☀️ #idaho #treasurevalley #boiseidaho #flowerfarms #fruitpicking #simplelife #farmlife #farmfresh #farmtotable
