Jeanne and Paul started their business so that they could follow their talent and passion of making craft beer, but the two lacked financial expertise. With the help of their SCORE mentor Lowell, they were able to understand their financials as they looked to expand their business. For 16 years, they operated an intimate tasting room with a capacity for just 12 people.
