Delta Valley Health Club 🤝 East County Shred Mountain Biking Team 🥳Delta Valley is extremely excited to be promoting health and fitness in our local youth through our Spin Studio. ⭐️East County Shred Mountain Biking Team was established in 2021 by a couple of great dads wanting to get their kids out riding. ⭐️Shred is now a part of the National Interscholastic Cycling Association - a non-profit organization that promotes youth mountain biking programs in the US! ⭐️Shred practices locally: Marsh Creek Trail, Round Valley, and Contra Loma to name a few. ⭐️Races are Nor Cal based! (Wine Country, Stockton, Monterey).
