🇺🇸Honor our fallen first responders by climbing 2071 steps on the stair master - representing the 110 floors of the Twin Towers on 9/11. 🇺🇸Challenge yourself by climbing down the stairs too. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🇺🇸On Monday, September 11, 2023 our stairclimbers will be reserved for our first responders - firefighters, police officers, or EMT’s - who are participating in the challenge to honor their fallen colleagues. 🇺🇸Although it will never compare, participants are welcome to wear their uniforms or weighted vests to more accurately represent what our first responders went through that day. 🇺🇸First responders are welcome to participate in the challenge at Delta Valley Health Club for no fee. Just show your badge!
