Today’s Anniversary Spotlight is Lance! Lance is celebrating his 8th anniversary with Trinks. He is our Lead Electrician and has made quite a difference in his 8 years. “Working at Trinks has exposed me to more of the control side of my job which has been very rewarding. Coming from working for an electrical contractor my whole life and then to Trinks has opened up a whole new world for me.” Going from an electrical contractor to a control electrician comes with its challenges, but also lots of rewards as well. “I think the most rewarding part of my job is sharing my knowledge and watching my guys grow.” Years of knowledge come with a lot of things you want to teach others. “In the next couple of years, I hope to continue to learn new things as this company grows.” A fun fact about Lance is that he is an avid boater.
