Day 8 - Emotional I hope to never again apologize for being emotional. Instead I want to celebrate it as my superpower. The ✨magic✨that helps me connect with others, to lead with love, and commit to compassion. Being emotional helps me show up as a leader who values and lifts up the very h u m a n aspect of business. Being emotional helps me live authentically and follow my instincts. Being emotional and embracing ALL THE FEELS, helps me write, create, and heal. Women are especially criticized for being “emotional”, as if being emotional means you can’t be other things. I call bullshit. ‘And’ (another word I’ve written about before and will write about again) is one of the most powerful words in our language - IMO.
