On my way back. Slowly, and with intention. Some days it’s really hard knowing I’m not lifting as heavy as I was one year ago. Injuries happen. It’s easy to fall into the thought process that you won’t get there again. But when that voice is louder, I remember how far I’ve come in the last five years - and I know giving up isn’t an option. Today, these 3 sets of 3 felt easy. And I was reminded that training your body is just part of the process. Training your mind is the other, equally as important, part of the process.
