Yesterday I wrote a post about Letting Go and the importance of it. Today I wanted to share the action I took to begin this process.

Last year while on a business trip to Cali, I stayed an extra day to meet up with a dear friend. Her and I have been traveling similar life paths and we were both in a place of wanting to let go of some serious shit.

To begin this life long process of letting go (let's be real, we'll always have crap to let go of), I decided I needed a real and physical action of letting something go.

Her and I went for a long walk along the Southern California coast, and I brought a Sharpie with. We each found a rock along the way. On this rock, we wrote some of the things we felt were weighing us down and holding us back.

On my rock, I wrote: fear, unloveable, not enough, lonely, not heard, insignificant, self criticism, not beautiful, unworthy and doubt.
