Oh hey ... who is *that* chick on the left?!? Whaaaat?! Looking at that picture on the left, I feel both embarrassed and sad. It's hard to look at, because it was low and dark time of my life. But it also makes me freaking proud, because I've worked so hard on myself. From the inside, out. There is NO short cut. It requires commitment and dedication. Willingness to face the darkness and the demons and the voices telling you, you can't. But you CAN. And it is SO WORTH it. Every grimace. Every pain. Every nauseous stomach and fearful thought. Just keep showing up and remembering YOU are worth it. You deserve to become the strongest version of yourself, no matter what that looks like for you. So grateful for the place with the red door and for the team and the people inside that keep pushing me to levels I never thought I was capable of. If I can do it, anyone can. I never thought of myself as an athlete or capable of what I can do now. It is NEVER too late. What are you waiting for?...
