Things cannot make us happy, but they can bring us small doses of joy here and there on gray days. Today, my added dose of joy was bright pink lips and leggings with ocean waves on the leg. Because it's gloomy and cold here in Minnesota and I'm dreaming of tropical beaches. 🌊🌴☀️ Also ... if you're seeking happiness in others? You're wasting your time. Those people cannot create your happiness. They can only add additional joy to what you've already created.
