Yesterday evening I felt an overwhelming wave of gratitude as I watched this small sailboat float across the path of the setting sun. Yes, I was in a beautiful place, with beautiful weather. But the gratitude was about more than that. It was reflecting on the last several months and knowing that I've been surrounded by an amazing support system that has helped me through a really hard season. It was about spending the day with another beautiful spirit, in which we both decided to let negative shit go that's been holding us back. The peace that washed over me reminded me that with time, all things pass. That with time, strength builds and hardship lessens. #blessed #grateful #healinghearts
