For those that remember, this Spring Noah swam his first 200 Free. He was nearly frozen with anxiety. So full of fear about it. I prayed that he would have enough courage to get in the pool and swim. Well today, he did his second ever 200 Free. He placed 3rd and dropped nearly 27 seconds off his best time!! He grabbed courage with two hands and kicked fear to the curb. So proud of this kid!!!
