Last day of class for spring semester....but not the last #FirstieFriday for 2023! C1C Miku Lavallee is the third generation of her family to serve in the Air Force. When not studying and taking care of CS-31 ops as flight commander Miku likes to play laser tag, hike and volunteer at the animal shelter. Her advice to other cadets : “Surround yourself with positive friends and keep a positive outlook.” She says her AOC Maj. Karilyn Jukkola provides great mentorship and has shown her how to respond to different situations and understand that being vulnerable does not mean you are showing weakness. Miku is majoring in foreign area studies/political science and minoring in Japanese and will be going into the intelligence community after graduation. #usafa2023 #leadersofcharacter
