She's speedy on the track, likes hot yoga, and is committed to serving her country. This week's #FirstieFriday is C1C Michelle Roca, CS-34. Michelle runs the 400m Hurdles, 400m, and the 4x400m relay for Indoor and Outdoor Track and Field and holds the academy record in the 400m hurdles! She says she'll miss spending time with the sprinters and hurdlers - people who she knows will be friends for life. As for lessons learned, Michelle says, "Growth and wisdom are reaped from bad days. Remember that bad days are a gift and an opportunity to enhance yourself."
