Congratulations to Cadets First Class Cathy McAlister and Tom McCloskey for taking top honors in the Engineering Ethics collegiate competition earlier this semester. #YourAcademy's engineering ethics team faced more than 20 other college teams to argue a dilemma that draws on engineering, ethical and business considerations and earned 1st place along with the @uscg_academy team. C1C McAlister says through participating in the event she learned to adapt and be flexible while keeping integrity at the forefront, especially when dilemmas arise.
