It was a beautiful day for liftoff at Stillman Field when cadets launched model rockets 🚀 as part of their digital engineering class at #youracademy. The SE495 Digital Engineering/Advanced Model-based Systems Engineering class consists of 20 cadets in the systems engineering major. The unique course allows cadets to create rockets in the digital space and to calculate how rockets will fly, parachute, fall and land. Data collected from the launch will help refine and validate the digital models and better predict performance during the next launch later in the semester. #innovation
