The coach evaluates the talent they already have on the team and see if there are any changes that need to be made. 2. Identifying the talent you want to bring onto your team or if you are a position coach in your room. Talent acquisition is so important in college football and it starts right when you step in the door. 3. This may be strange but meeting with the current team usually happens 3rd at most programs.
