"Black History Month is an important time for us to showcase the achievements of our people. It is a time to show young men and women that they can be anything they set their heart to. The colour of our skin should not dictate the opportunities that are available to us." This year, we're honouring the incredible contributions of black women who've shaped history and inspired change in various fields. As we celebrate black excellence by 'Saluting our Sisters', we're proud to feature the esteemed - Dr Funke Owolabi, who has dedicated her life to healthcare. Stay tuned as we showcase more inspiring stories throughout this celebration! 🔎 miss_funks #BHM #BlackHistoryMonth #BlackHistoryMonth2023 #SalutingOurSisters #BlackExcellence #HealthcareHeroes #WeMatter #TeamGP"
