It’s carefully baked using a soufflé-like technique, making it bouncy and delicate. It doesn’t have a strong cheese flavor; it’s more like biting into a cloud ☁️😍 I tried it for the first time back in 2019, and not to be dramatic, but I think it changed my life. This is the Ube version, which is why it is this bright purple color; Ube is a Southeast Asian purple yam widely used in desserts. It has a nutty vanilla flavor, and its violet pigment is naturally occurring.
