This is the second straight win for Canisius and coach Kraig Kurzanski ’84, following the Week Four 49-7 rout of St. Joe’s which tied up the all-time rivalry series for the first time since 1987. Saturday’s game at Euclid, Ohio was Homecoming for Benedictine, which won at St. Francis in the first week of the Western New York football season.
CHS plays its final regular season home game next Saturday at 2 p.m. against Canadian national top 10 program Huron Heights of Ontario, which beat visiting Bishop Timon-St. Jude yesterday.
