As our @canisiusrunners hit the trails for their first league cross country meet today, here's a special look at those pursuing excellence every day behind the Blue Doors and for coach Paul McGrath ’91. The Crusaders, who ran against three-time defending league champion St. Francis and Gow today at Como Lake Park in Lancaster, had many runners achieve personal bests as they started the year at two of Western New York’s best early-season meets, the West Seneca West Invitational and last week’s East Aurora Invitational.
