Whilst we are all asymmetrical to an extent (with some more than others), itβs important to consider if there are rider asymmetries which may be impacting negatively on the horse. Too often riders are quick to dismiss their own injuries or issues, however if we are able to improve rider symmetry, will we also improve horse performance? β£
