⭐️ WINNER! ⭐️ Another winner from our Gundy Park Injury Rehabilitation Program ‘EPIC TIME’ Epic Time arrived at Gundy Park in February after winning his first trial for Scott Singleton by 3 lengths! He then pulled up lame a few weeks later due to 3rd Carpel Disease and a painful sacroiliac joint. The team at Gundy Park worked alongside expert professionals Dr James Dawson of Hunter Equine Centre, Isabelle Chandler of @fusionequine and under the careful management of registered hydrotherapist Ali Foye. Epic Time was treated intensely with targeted cryotherapy daily and underwent a program using the cold salt water treadmill, used as both as an equine spa and for water walking. On initial assessment, the prognosis was poor for return to any sort of work sound, let alone making not just one but two races…and winning in fine form!
