BEFORE AND AFTER - This talented 4* eventer recently spent some time with us to build up his condition and fitness after suffering some chronic back pain. He had lost all muscle tone and was unbalanced and weak. With just a short 3.5 week program including use of the InstantCryo and the cold salt water training, he quickly started to rebuild his condition. At 15 years of age, it goes to show that with the right rehab program in place, age should never be a barrier.
