KNEE INJURY - ECB INSTANTCRYO We recently treated this Grand Prix dressage horse ‘Luca’ for a large swelling to his left knee that occurred in a paddock accident. After a few weeks of initial icing, anti inflammatories, antibiotics and rehab by the client, the swelling had not come down much, so Luca was sent to us to rehabilitate using our ECB Cold Salt Water Treadmill (chilled to 4 degrees with Specialty Salts) and our state of the art ECB InstantCryo unit (-75 degrees combined with 50psi pressure to create Thermic Shock). THE RESULTS speak for themselves 🙌 after just 4 days there was a drastic reduction of swelling and 90% of the heat had gone. Luca was sent back home to begin work under saddle and the rehab to be continued by the client at home.
