ANOTHER WINNER FROM OUR REHABILITATION PROGRAM!! wow what an emotional win this was for all involved with Miss Dior on the weekend. Kitty was bred here at Gundy Park Equine. She is trained by Peter and Paul Snowden who have done an outstanding job with her over the last few years and really deserve credit for preparing her perfectly for this win first up. Miss Dior is an outstanding example of what can be achieved through our rehabilitation and conditioning programs. A horse deemed not saleable at the Inglis Sales, with multiple micro fractures, chips, spurs and significant arthritis in multiple joints, it’s possible for a racehorse to achieve success and stay sound. This is a massive team effort, and enormous thanks goes out to Dr Trent Jorgensen of @hunterequinecentre To Matty Bates @mbates1997 for breaking her in so superbly, our very reliable and hardworking farrier Jake Watts, to Kelly Fawcett for her magic hands, to @physio_tom you really keep horses at their best!! and of course...
