We love before and after photos! This lovely 3 yr old Hallowed Crown filly headed down to @matthew.c.smith_racing last week after Spelling, Rehabilitating and Pre Training here at Gundy Park Equine. The before photo (second photo) was post 1 week spelling after a 2 mth prep with a different trainer. We combined the use of the Water Treadmill into her weekly routine, along with various massage therapy and cross training.
