Whilst in production of a Custom Re-usable Stall ID Plate order, we thought we would take a moment to discuss our continued QA & QC Processes and provide some feedback on the types of testing we do! As horse people we use them at home on the farm just like you 🐴 Pictured on the left is a sample of a test plate that’s been out in the elements literally snow ❄️ rain 🌧 hail ⛈and sun ☀️ Our Plates have been specifically developed by us for this purpose and are UV Stable and can handle temperatures of 270degrees 🔥 So lets talk about quality, here we have tested two marking types Permanent which we used in the black down the bottom and Whiteboard in blue which is in the middle of the plate, both of the markers used were top quality brands, however the Permanent marker used in the top was a $2 shop marker, can you see the text at the top of the plate??
