It's not everyday a group of @ucdavis undergraduate students get a beer they created released out into the world! 🍻 Today is one of those days with the release of the UC Davis 2022 Iron Brew Competition Winner 🏆, Mighty Gale Ale (6.0% ABV), a Scottish Export Ale 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿, created by a team of students in the practical malting and brewing course at @ucdaviscaes. We helped Moises (pictured here) and his team scale the recipe up, design a label, and make it available for sale - today - at The Dock!
