Meet Reggie Phillips and Louis Rubens from E. Bronson Ingram College Dining. #HumansofVanderbilt Q: What do you do on campus? R: I’m at the EBI building. My position here is the Cook 6, so basically taking care of all the students and being the overhead over it all - making sure everything is going to function. L: I have the same job title, senior cook, and all the above he mentioned. Q: What brought you to Vanderbilt? R: I was here because at one point I went to school for working on cars, but then I found a passion for cooking. I started out at the lower bottom of it, but then found my way into the passion of cooking, and finding something that I actually love. I enjoy it, cooking all different varieties of food just about every day for the students. L: I used to work at Publix, and I worked there for about 12 years cooking.
