Q: What made you choose VU?
A: Financial aid was definitely a large part of it, but I was also a MOSAIC student, part of a minority recruitment organization on campus. I came here during spring break of my senior year in high school, and that’s where I met my freshman roommate, who is still my roommate. I met a lot of cool people there, had some great conversations, and the community drew me here.
Q: What do you love most about VU?
A: I love how I can balance everything. I’m taking very interesting classes that I care about, such as Cognitive Psychology and Human Sexuality. And then I also get to dance and do a lot of different things I didn’t get to in high school. I’m also training to be a Peer Guide, and am interested in exploring mental health on campus.
