Studies show that youth of color are more likely than white youth to be prosecuted in adult criminal court and placed in adult jails and prisons, even when charged with similar offenses. This is especially true for Black girls, who are 3X times as likely as their white peers to be incarcerated. #JusticeIs ensuring that all our youth, no matter their race, are able to thrive within their communities.
