Less than 10 years ago, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II (@yahya) armed with an architecture degree from @cal_berkeley, was working as a city planner for the Mayor’s office in #SanFrancisco. But after being laid off from his job he decided to opt for a change of vocation...which seems to have worked out pretty well for him! The star of @hbo’s @watchmen joined us in-studio to discuss his career change...acting alongside @iamreginaking on #Watchmen & finding out his character would become #DoctorManhattan...his love of both the @saints and @49ers...his #basketball skills and his multiple upcoming projects. Pretty safe to say that losing that job was the best thing that happened for Yahya!
