What’s the deal with Heritage Hop Haus and Sushi Shack. 🍺 🍸 🍣 You see @heritagehophausmeridian and @sushishackboise in the same location. And with the addition of two floors, it’s a little confusing. When you walk in you have two options. Head downstairs for your 21 and over pub experience. You have access to the full bar and the bar food menu as long the bar is are open. You can also order from the sushi shake menu. Heritage Hop Haus is a full bar and Sushi Shack serves from the in house kitchen. 
Or choose upstairs for your cocktail lounge experience. Really you are just choosing your atmosphere. The same bar food, sushi menu and drinks are available upstairs or down. A great way to explain Heritage Hop Haus is “Come for the sushi and stay for the great drinks”. Sushi usually ends around 9:30, but Heritage is a go to for late night drinks and bar food. It’s open until 1 am on the weekends. Sushi Shack closes a few hours before Heritage. But the bar food is still available. ...
