What’s in a collab? Well, first you establish a relationship with another brewery and there has to be a vibe. Like, if you’re not vibing then nothing is happening. It’s all about the vibes. I reached out to Amanda, Co-Owner of residentculture to brainstorm about this thought of mine. I reached out because Amanda continues to advocate for her employees and women in this industry harder than I’ve ever seen. We’re such a vibe when we’re together. A vibe that created the following: Luminary Voices is a collaborative experience amongst women and those who advocate for women. The intention is to create a space where empowering voices are invited to ignite a spark of change in the industry through shared knowledge and “I’m a baddie and this is why” experiences.
