Ope! We drained the bowl of this salsa as we're writing this — it's that good. 🍅 It's one of those chop-and-toss recipes too, so it's dangerously easy to make, and even easier to eat in large quantities. Luckily, it's pretty healthy, too! Combine the following ingredients in a bowl, and go to town.
• 1/4 c. Dorothy Lynch Home Style
• 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
• 1 (15-oz.) can black beans, rinsed
• 1 (15-oz.) can corn, drained
• 1 c. cherry tomatoes, chopped
• 1/2 c. red onion, chopped
• 2 T. fresh cilantro
• 1 small jalapeno pepper, chopped
