The Creamery building wasn't always filled with the glorious scent of homemade waffle cones – You're welcome. The Creamery, located on P Street, first started as a warehouse in 1889. The ownership of the building changed throughout the years, and eventually housed many tenants, including Ted and Wallys. When they decided to sell their Haymarket store in 1997, Amy Green bought it, and Ivanna Cone was founded!
